When Dillon was 11, he wanted an iPod Nano. His parents told him he would have to earn it, so he borrowed his dad’s lawn mower and began mowing neighbors’ yards. The lesson stayed with him: if you want something, you have to work for it.
At 14, Dillon took his first pool-industry job cleaning HOA pools. What began as a summer job became the foundation of his career—and taught him that lasting results come from doing the small things consistently, every single day.
Dillon is from North Texas and built Primal Pool Care here from scratch—with no customer list, no established reputation, and no shortcuts. He founded the company to build more than a pool-cleaning business: a company where communication is proactive, quality is consistent, and professionalism is the standard.
