ANH’S STORY · WINDSONG RANCH

“It’s always ready to go … it’s clean and it’s ready for us to swim in.”

After other companies left dirt collecting in her hot tub, Anh says Dillon fine-tuned the pool chemistry and pump so her family’s pool stays ready to enjoy.

Read Anh’s transcript

I want to give a little shout-out to Dillon and his team over at Primal Pool Care. They’ve been servicing our pool the last few summers, and we’re really happy with our services with Dillon.

Prior to working with him, we had another—a couple other companies we’ve worked with—and we constantly had this issue of having dirt in our hot tub. And so, when we started with Dillon, he fine-tuned our chemicals and also worked with our pump, making sure that it was running adequately.

Since he’s made those adjustments, we haven’t had any issues with the hot tub collecting dirt and not being able to swim in it. So, it’s always ready to go, and it’s clean and it’s ready for us to swim in.

If you’re looking for someone who is going to take good care of you, feel free to try Primal Pool Care. He’s been cleaning pools since he was 14. He traveled to different states to learn different techniques and ultimately coming up with his own.

If you’re looking for someone to maintain your pool, or if you are finishing a build and need someone to do the initial startup and maintenance, feel free to reach out to Dillon. He’s going to take good care of you.

What Weekly Pool Service Should Include

Professional weekly pool service should combine physical cleaning, water testing and balancing, equipment observation, and a clear service record. The exact agreement should define what is included and how exceptions are approved.

02 / Pool Equipment

How Often Should a Pool Filter Be Cleaned?

A pool filter should be cleaned according to its type, debris load, and rise above the clean-pressure baseline—not by a single universal schedule.

03 / Saltwater Pools

Why Saltwater Pools Tend to Have Rising pH

Saltwater pools often show rising pH because aeration and system operation can accelerate carbon dioxide loss from the water. Total alkalinity, water features, and source water also affect the trend.
